adt advanced display technology AG is a privately owned Swiss-based display company - founded in 2001 - which is commercialising its innovative and patented Electrowetting Display Technology called “Droplet Driven Displays”.
Droplet Driven Displays are reflective, bi-stable, full-colour, “lowest-power” displays offering unique properties for Public Display, Electronic Paper and other in- and outdoor display applications (especially energy-sensitive ones).
The adt AG is commercialising its technology by offering electrowetting display products via it’s German subsidiary as well as licensees.
adt GmbH is a the operative subsidiary of adt AG, responsible for development, production and sales of adt’s display products.

adt GmbH is the operative part of the adt Group. Located in Dortmund / Germany the company performs the development work and coordinates the partner network as well as marketing and sales activities.
Part of adt’s commercialisation strategy is the in-house production of low size electrowetting displays in low to mid size volumes. Therefore production facilities for standardized as well as customized displays are established in Dortmund / Germany.
The adt GmbH has developed a network of development and supply partnerships from university level to Blue Chip Industry partners. adt is expanding it’s network on nationally and internationally basis.

The adt has a team of highly skilled and well-trained people capable of handling all topics related to adt’s Droplet Driven Displays and applications. In addition expertise of network and supply partners for dedicated topics are offered.
